TRAIL: a combination of paved roads, footpaths and cart roads, through a variety of residential villages/communities and industrial sites. ELEVATIONS: a short steep slope at the start with minor inclinations thereafter followed by a short steep down slope (hike's extended version only) near hike's end.
DRESS FOR THE OCCASION: comfortable loose fitting clothing, sturdy enclosed footwear, a backpack, personal medication (asthma inhalers etc.), drinking water (2 liters), trekking pole (if needed), sun protection - a hat, sunblock.
