HIKING VACATION SERVICES

ACCOMMODATION: 7 days, 6 nights at a four star hotel on St Lawrence Gap Ocean View room double occupancy, winter rate

MEALS: 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches

MEALS NOT INCLUDED: lunch on the free day, dinners (allow an average of US$45 per person for dinner). There are over 10 restaurants within easy walking distance, from the hotel.

GENERAL: there are 2 automatic banking machines, and one bank within easy walking distance. Banks close at 3pm except Fridays which is 5pm. There are also 2 convenience stores, for personal care items, snacks, bottled water ect.

TRANSPORT: green & blue, 2004, Nissan air conditioned bus, 21 seats, plus 9 jump seats. Luggage via enclosed luggage van

This seven day package tour is based on a minimum of fifteen (15) guests, the tour minimum, and a maximum of eighteen (18) guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES: One of our photographers will be taking photos on the 3 hikes for our hikers benefit.

DAY 1: airport transport to hotel, luggage transport to hotel, airport meet & greet service, tour briefing

DAY 2: breakfast, transport, 2 hike guides, lunch, pottery tour, surprise pottery gift

DAY 3: breakfast, transport, , 2 hike guides, Hoad Farm tour, lunch, entrance to Farley Hill Park, catered lunch.

DAY 4: breakfast

DAY 5: breakfast, transport, 2 hike guides, lunch

DAY 6: breakfast, transport, 2 hike guides, Redland Farm tour, catered lunch picnic style.

DAY 7: breakfast at Bean & Bagel Café, surprise gifts, transport to airport, luggage transport via luggage van.

Total package price: US $3,135.00 per person

Prices are subject to change. Less pricey hotel accommodation is available with very good facilities.

PAYMENT TERMS AND METHOD

Our payment terms are cash, full payment at least eight (8) weeks, in advance of each tour’s commencement, by electronic transfer.
